Better for the skin and environment
There is a trend towards water-based perfumes due to the friendlier nature of water to our skin and planet compared to the harsh effect of ethanol on skin as well as the high cabon footprint in the lifecycle of ethanol production.
But ethanol is so convenient and a good solvent for the fragrance oils which explains why perfume is predominantly alcohol-based. It is just too difficult to effectively add a high concentration of perfume oils into water and get it into a stable water-based spray.
That’s where Threessentials can help you in this aspect. Engage us to help you launch your own brand of water-based perfumes today.
We have a catalog of perfume scents (in collaboration with 3rd party) where you can select from. For an initial small fee, you can select up to 5 scents where we will create the water-based perfume prototypes for you to experience. You can also send us your own source of perfume oils for us to make them into water-based perfume prototypes for you to try.
After your evaluation period, we can proceed to further testings to ensure the product can meet stability test (for up to 2 years shelf life) & preservative efficacy test. Cost is based on per selected prototypes & fully payable only upon passing of both tests.
During this period, you can start to work on your own bottle selection, label and packaging design (if needed).
Upon passing of testing, we can help you to OEM production of the water-based perfume with MOQ of 230kg (Made in Singapore) or 50kg (Made in Malaysia).
In additional, we can help you with final filling and packing of finished product. You will need to supply us the bottles, labels and boxes.
